Clementina's Salmon Delight

Ingredients
* Atlantic Salmon (fish), 3 oz * *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields * Pepper, black, 2 dash * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 5 strips (then cut into smaller pieces) * *Clementine Juice, 1 Clementine yields
Directions
This dish is very simple.

Take your salmon and place it in a non-stick pan for baking, sprinkle with black pepper and olive oil on both sides. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, Clementine juice, peppers, black pepper and a pinch of salt.

Pour the mixture over the salmon, try and keep the peppers on and around the salmon.

Place in a pre-heated oven at 350*F for the correct cooking time.

Remove from oven and let sit for 3-4 minutes to cool. Enjoy.
