2 bananas1/4 cup splenda1 egg1 tsp vanilla1 cup flour1/2 tsp baking powder1 tbsp canola oil
Directions
Mix bananas, Splenda, and egg. Add Vanilla, flour, baking powder and oil. Pour into muffin liners and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 6
