Pasta with a creamy Chicken/Spinach Sauce

Ingredients
1 chicken breast (about 250g)1/2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp garlic1/3 10 oz package spinach50 ml half and half cream200 ml water1 tbsp corn starch4 oz Penne RigatoneSalt, Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown chicken in a pan. Remove the chicken once browned and add the olive oil and garlic. Once garlic turns golden add the water and cream. Add spinach, salt and pepper. Let the sauce come to a boil then stir in corn starch to thicken the sauce. Add the chicken to warm.
Serve over penne.
