Zucchini Crust Pizza

Ingredients
crust:3 medium zucchini, shredded3/4 cup egg substitute1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp salttoppings:1/2 cup tomato sauce1 1/2 tbsps oregano or italian seasoning1 tbsp garlic powder6 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese6 oz. fat free mozzarella cheesethinly sliced red onion (3 slices)1/2 cup chopped broccoliup to 1/4 cup grated cheese
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine zucchini & eggs; mix well. Add flour & salt while continuing to mix. Spread onto bottom of a non-stick pizza pan. Bake for about 8-10 minutes.

Remove from oven & reduce heat to 350 degrees. Spread tomato sauce onto crust. Add garlic, spices cheeses, onion and broccoli. Bake until cheese is melted.

Serve with a side salad.
