Everybody's favorite crab sandwiches

1/2 package (4 oz.) Philadelphia Fat free cream cheese1/2lb. (6oz.) imitation crab meat3 stalks green onions chopped6 slices provolone cheese12 slices whole-grain, 7-grain, or rye bread3tbsp. light mayonaise
mix together cream cheese, imitation crab meat, and chopped green onion
spread 1/6 of mixture on 1 slice of bread
add 1 slice of provolone cheese and top with another slice of bread to make a sandwich
spread a small ammount of light mayonaise on outside of samdwich and cook in frying pan on medium until inside of sandwich is hot and melted and outside is golden brown, about 2 minutes each side.
Let cool 1 minute, slice and serve
Makes 6 sandwiches (1 sandwich=1serving)
serves great with fresh veggies or a green salad on the side
