Gramma's Tangy Tuna Salad

1 huge can of tuna in water (I used chicken of the sea)1 medium white onion, finely chopped1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped4 TBSP fat free mayo (more or less is fine)salt and pepper to taste (I use lots of ground black pepper)
Drain tuna and pick out the ugly blackish pieces and put it into a bowl, shredding finely.
Quarter onion and stick into a processor or chopper to finely chop it.
Coarsely chop DILL pickles and do the same with the processor as above.
Add onion and pickles to shredded tuna and mix with your hands (my gramma always said the best kitchen tools were your own hands!).
Add mayo (more or less depending on your tastes. I've had gastric bypass so I need things more moist than usual.) and mix thoroughly with your hands. Then add salt and pepper.
Add to low carb tortillas or regular bread if you're not watching your carbs.
Makes 4 servings.
