Rays Baby Corn Stir Fry

Ingredients
Garlic (chopped)- 3 clovesSoy Sauce - 4 tbsCelery (sliced) -1 cupBaby Corn (cut in half) -1 CanBamboo Shoots (sliced) - 1 cupFish balls (sliced in half) - 5or substitute Firm Tofu (dried and cubed) - 1/2 cupDark Sauce - 2 Tbls
Directions
Serves 2-3 4oz servings
Use a large WOK or fry pan and cover bottom lightly with olive,sesame, or cooking spray.
Add the Garlic until just browned.
Add the Celery, Baby corn, Bamboo, and Tofu/Fish balls till just cooked.
cover with the soy sauce and dark sauce, cook just a couple of minutes longer stirring/ mixing the entire time.
