1 cup of banana-sliced1 tbsp of peanut better, creamy1 tbsp of grape jam2 slices of whole wheat bread
Makes one sandwhich.
Spead 1 tbsp of creamy peanut butter on whole wheat bread. Spread one tbsp of grape jam on whole wheat bread. Arrange sliced banana on to peanut butter. Put two slices of bread on top on one another, eat as a sandwich.
