Good For You Stew

Ingredients
One 14.5oz can Garbonzo beans (chick peas)One 14.5oz can diced, stewed tomatoesOne 7oz can whole kernel corn (optional)One 6oz can tuna (stirred in at the last few moments of cook time)1/2 dehydrated onion flakes (substitute with chives or fresh onions if preferred)1/2 clove fresh or a pinch of pre-minced garlic
Directions
Put all ingredients EXCEPT TUNA into a med saucepan.
Bring to a boil
Stir and reduce heat to a simmer.
Continue to stir and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add tuna and simmer for an additional
3-5 minutes.
