Salsa Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey meat1 16 oz jar medium salsa1 can dark red kidney beans1 T ICBINB2 T fat free sour creamsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add 1 T of ICBINB to frying pan. Add ground turkey and cook through. Throw in the entire jar of salsa, followed by the drained can of kidney beans. Heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste. When dish is heated through, add sour cream and blend. Serve by itself or with crackers.

    Omitted butter and sour cream. Used black beans instead of red, and tossed in a cup of frozen corn. Let simmer 10-12 min. Since gone pescatarian; use Gardein crumbles. Next time will use tofu. - 1/28/15
