Pork Stir-Fry with Fried Rice

Ingredients
10 oz. rice1 lb pork9 ounces broccoli crowns1.5 ounces broccoli stemsone onion2 green onions1 can baby cornone can water chestnuts6 cloves garlic1 egg8 tbsp canola oil
Directions
Start the rice boiling. While it cooks, chop the pork and toss in soy sauce and spices and set aside. Chop the veggies into small pieces. Fry the rice, egg, carrots, green onions, broccoli stems, 1/6th of the onion, and a third of the water chestnuts quickly in 4 tbsp. of the oil. Combine the remaining ingredients with the oyster sauce and stir fry over high heat.
