Oat and fruit crunchies

Ingredients
100g butter softened50g soft brown sugar100g plain flour100g porridge oats30g dried fruitpinch of cinnamonpinch of nutmeg
Directions
Preheat the oven to 190oc/375of/gas 5. cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in the flour and oats along with the fruit and use your hands to knead into a dough dding 1-2 teaspoons of water to help. Divid into 16, roll into little balls and place well apart on a greased baking tray. Using a dampened fork, flatten each ball into a biscuit (make sure they are not sticking to the tray). Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 mins, until just starting to colour. Transfer carefully to a wire rack to cool.
Enjoy for only 109 cals each biscuit.
