    I just used hard boiled eggs, fat free cottage cheese, pepper and celery salt. It was delicious. Next time I'll try adding some other seasonings or additions. - 7/21/09

    Very good taste. I did not miss the mayo at all. However, I made my sandwich the evening before, and the bread was soggy. I ended up eating it with a knife and fork. - 7/13/09
