Ingredients
12 ozs white meat chicken - can use canned chicken that is 98% fat free1 pkg philadelphia cream light cheese (you can also use fat free if you so choose)garlic powder to taste(make sure not to get too much)
Directions
Shred chicken and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form mixture into a ball and serve with low fat crackers. This is an easy, quick, and low fat appitizer for any gathering.

    I love this! It's always a big hit at parties. I usually use a package of the Hidden Valley Ranch dressing instead of garlic powder. But to cut down on the sodium....garlic powder is the way to go!!! - 12/21/09
