Tangy Berry Smoothies

Ingredients
Belfonte Non-fat yogurt - 1 container (6 oz). Sunny-D - 1 bottle (6.75 oz)1 Medium Banana3/4 cup Hy-vee frozen mixed berries.4-10 ice cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until desired consistency is achieved.

All of the ingredients can be substituted with different brands and types of the product. Any flavor of yogurt, any flavor of juice etc. I just made my listings brand specific in order to create accurate nutritional values.

Just keep in mind that changing things up may change the serving and nutrition information.
