Crab Omelet

Ingredients
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil1 mushroom1 tbs chopped onion1 tsp fresh garlic1 large egg1 slice swiss cheese1/2 c. imitation crab meat
Directions
Saute mushroom, onions, and garlic in olive oil, Set aside. Beat egg and pour into pan, top with all other ingredients. Cook on low to medium heat until egg is done, fold over, and serve.
