Baked Penne

Ingredients
1 box Whole Wheat Penne6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (you can shred it or put it on top in pieces)5 oz Romano Cheese.3 cup Parmesan Cheese2 cups Pasta sauce (I make my own)1 lb Ground TurkeyPinch of sweet basilPinch of garlic powderPinch of Italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pasta as stated on package.

Brown Turkey meat, breaking it up as you brown. I put the spices on the turkey meat.

In an 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Prepare bottom of dish with 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce.

In medium bowl add pasta to cheese and sauce. Mix well. Then dump into 9 x 13 inch pan. Lay mozzarella cheese on top of macaroni. Add 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce to top to keep mozzarella from burning. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly warm. Let stand before serving and top with more spaghetti sauce to serve.
