Healthy White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 T. Olive Oil1 med chopped onion3 cloves garlic2 cups chicken2 cans chicken broth2 cans Cannellini Beans1 can diced tomatoes1 can chopped green chilis2 T. cuminsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Put oil in pan. Cooked chopped onion and garlic till almost done. Add chopped cooked chicken (or cook raw at this time) Add 2 cans chicken broth. Bring to boil till onions are tender and chicken is cooked. Add 2 can drained beans, 1 can tomatoes and 1 can green chilis. Add 2 T. cumin. Salt & Pepper to taste. Cook on a slow simmer about 30 minutes.
