homemade protein cookies (Rita's Recipe)

Ingredients
1C. uncooked Quaker oats1C. dried cranberries1 scoop protein powder (isolate)0.5 C slivered almonds0.25 C egg whites1 tsp. vanilla extract1 ripe banana1 Tbsp. honeyoptional: 0.5 C shredded coconut
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Scoop into little balls and drop onto a lightly Pam sprayed cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes.

Makes ~20 cookies.

    Quite tasty! I'll surely be making these again. Because I didn't have honey (used agave nectar instead), they didn't stick together very well so I added a few things. I added probably about half a cup of dark chocolate chips, used two scoops of protein powder, and added 2 tbsp of almond butter. - 4/20/11
