BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
1 12" Boboli Pizza 100% Whole Wheat Crust1 small purple onion, sliced thinly in half circles1/4 to 1/2 c. Jack Daniels Spicy Original BBQ sauce2 boneless chicken breasts1 cup shredded cheddar (reduced fat or 2%)1 cup low-fat shredded mozzarellaPam olive oil cooking spray2 cloves garlic (peeled and coarsely chopped)1 jalapeno thinly sliced1/2 c black beans1/2 c canned corn
Directions
Preheat oven according to Boboli instructions.
Lightly spray crust with olive oil.
Toss onions and vegetables with salt and pepper and grill for 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender and set aside.
Grill chicken breasts.
While chicken is cooking, spread BBQ sauce onto crust; add grilled onions and vegetables, then top with cheddar cheese.
Remove chicken from grill and coarsely chop.
Spread diced chicken, black beans, and corn over pizza and top with mozzarella cheese.
Pop it in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes, or until cheese is evenly melted and crust becomes golden.
