Honey & Seeds Cereal Bars

3 cups Cheerios2 cups Kix1 cup oats1/4 cup flax seeds1/4 cup sesame seeds1/2 cup almonds1/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup honey1/2 cup Skippy natural peanut butter
Makes 20 bars (more or less, depending how big you cut them)
Combine honey and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat over medium until melted and smooth, stirring often.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except peanut butter in a large bowl. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray or grease lightly.
When honey and sugar are smooth, stir in peanut butter until melted. Pour over cereal mix and stir well. Spread in 9x13 pan and press down firmly to make a flat layer.
Let cool and slice into bars or squares. To make 20 bars, slice lengthwise down the middle, then slice into 10 bars on each side.
