Potato Broccoli Cheese soup

Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed5 cups water4 cubes of chicken or vegetable bouillon2 cups of broccoli steamedsalt and pepper to tastecheese added to each bowl
Directions
Put the potatoes, water and bouillon in a pot, cover bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium. Cook till potatoes are tender about 15 min. Chop broccolli and steam about 7 min, in a different pan. Once steamed and potatoes are tender add the broccoli to the soup. Pull out about half of the soup and puree in a blender then return to pot. Serve with salt and pepper and cheese
