Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
14 fat free tortilla wraps3 cups plain hash browns2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup ff plain yogurt1/2 cup ff sour cream1/2 cup chopped green onion 'salt and pepper to taste
Directions
brown the turkey--set aside
brown the potatoes I used Pam instead of butter
Mix the sour cream and yogurt and cheese and green onion ADd the hash brown and the turkey and mix well
add a bit of salt and pepper
Put 1 14th of mixture onto end of tortilla--fold in sides and wrap. Plac eface down on a sprayed cookie sheet.

Bake 350 for 18-20 minutes.

You can mix sour cream, yogurt and green onion as a dip---or salsa but that is an extra.
