2 1lb pkg Perdue Ground Chicken2 C chopped onions2 C sliced carrots5 C sliced zucchini (about 4 med)3 (14.5 ounce) cans Del Monte diced tomatoes, basil, garlic & oregano, no salt added4 C Swanson Chicken Broth 33% less sodium
In Large Dutch oven, brown ground chicken over med-high heat about 10 minutes. Stirring frequently. Add onion and carrot, cook for 5 minutes. Stir in Zucchini, diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
