Smoked Turkey Sausage & Couscous

Ingredients
14oz Lean Smoked Turkey Sausage ( halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2" pieces2 stalks celery, sliced (1cup)2 medium carrots, Sliced (1 cup)2 1/3 cups less sodium chicken broth1 cup couscous1 medium bell pepper, cut into strips1 tbs cornstarch
Directions
1. In a 10" skillet cook sausage, celery and carrots over medium high heat about 5 min or until sausage is browned. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 3-5 mins or until carrots are almost tender. Drain fat.
2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan bring 1 1/3 cups chicken broth to boiling. Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let stand while cooking the rest.
3. Add green pepper to skillet. cook 3-5 mins. Combine last cup of chicken broth and cornstarch, stir into skillet. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, cook for 2 minutes more. Fluff couscous with fork. Serve sausage mixture over couscous.
