Ingredients
4 C. WAter1 C. Chopped Carrots12 oz. Hash Browns or Diced Potatoes4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes3 Tbsp. Flour6 oz. Velveeta Light Cheese - Cubed1 C. Chopped Celery4 C. Broccoli-Frozen (16 oz. bag)1 tsp. Salt2 C. Skim Milk
Directions
Combine, Water, Potatoes, Vegetables, Bouillon Cubes & Salt. Bring to a boil / simmer untel Vegetables are tender.(15-20 min.) In separate bowl whick/blend Flour & Milk. Slowly add to vegeatables stirring constantly until soup thickens. Add Cheese cubes and stir until melted. Yield 4 servings @ 3-31/2 C. per serving
