Ingredients
18oz 96/4 ground beef1 jar ragu robusto roasted garlic1 can del monte diced tomatoes with basil garlic and oregano1.5 T sugar1 cup diced fresh tomatoes10 oz vermicelli
Directions
Chop garlic
add to pan over medium high heat
add beef and brown
add sauce and reduce heat to medium
add tomatoes and sugar
stir well
continue to simmer stirring occasionally

in large pot boil water
once it boils add vermicelli
cook to desired tenderness
drain

add sauce to noodles and mix well

Makes 10 1 cup servings
