Pita Chips

Ingredients
4 uncut pitasCooking spray (butter flavor or other)Garlic salt to taste
Directions
Carefully slice pitas in half so you have 2 smooth sides (2 discs) for each pita. Cut each, pizza style, into 8 pieces. (Pizza cutter works great for this!)

Spray both sides with spray and sprinkle with garlic salt.

Broil - turning once - until browned and slightly crispy. Serve with choice of dip or spread. (Hummus is yummy!)
