Corn Chowder with Cheddar

Ingredients
1 large potato, cubed1 medium onion, chopped1 cup water1 cup skim milk1 - 10 oz can creamed cornsalt & pepper to taste1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Put potato, onion, and water in a large saucepan, bring to boil.
2. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
3. Add creamed corn and water, bring to boil.
4. Serve with 1/8 cup of shredded cheddar cheese per serving.
