*Spinach, cooked, .5 cup (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Basil, 2 leaves (remove)Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup (remove)Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 2 cup (remove)Shrimp, cooked, 30 large (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
pre-cook noodles (not too much) saute veggies and shrimp, add noodles, add remaining ingredients, add olive oil, stir, top w/ p cheese and serve
