15 Minute Granola

5 cups Quaker Oats 1 1/4 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds1 cup shredded Coconut2 cups dried mixed fruit (cherries, raisins, cranberries etc)1 cup raw Sunflower Seeds no salt1 cup sliced Almonds1/4 cup Honey1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350*.
Combine all ingredients on a large dry baking sheet. Bake for 15 min or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let stand 5 min. Serve with milk or yogurt, if desired.
Store in tightly sealed zip lock bag.
Makes approximately 40-1 oz (1/3 cup) servings.
