Tuna Muffin

1 Thomas's english muffin (toasted)1 can bumblebees light tuna in water (drained)2 tbs minced celery (approx)3 or 4 dill chips diced1/4 c. egg beaters1 tbs. salsagrated parmesean cheese
Turn your oven on broil and let it heat up.
Put the english muffin and let it toast and set it aside.
In a small bowl, combined drained tuna, celery, mustard, and dill chips. Add salt and pepper to taste. ( I like a dash of tascso) . Set aside
Make egg beater as directed on package.
Place english muffin on a foil lined pan. Place 1/2 of the tuna on each half of the muffin. Put half of the egg beater on each half. Top with salsa and parmesean cheese.
Put it in the oven for a minute or until the cheese on top looks golden.
