Green Strawberry Smoothie

Fresh Chopped very fine Baby SpinachFresh Chopped very fine KaleFrozen Sweetened Strawberries, one packageGround Flax Seed MealProtein PowderOne small can Pineapple JuiceHalf carton, about 3 cups, Fat Free Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
In a food processor chop spinach and kale to finest peices.
In Blender place frozen yogurt, pineapple juice, and protein powder and blend with lid on until well mixed.
Add strawberries and Flax Meal and blend with lid on until well mixed.
Add ground spinach and kale, and blend until all ingredients are well blended and mostly smooth.
Smoothie will seperate if kept in refrigerator, so shake up before drinking if this happens, can be stored in freezer or refrigerator.
This makes about 4 servings a little larger than a cup. If I have it for breakfast, I can go about 5 hours without getting hungry and have plenty of energy. High calorie count, but full of vitamins, protein, omega -3 Fatty acids, and good fiber! Enjoy!
