Ingredients
3.25 cups Whole Wheat Flour (grind your own for best flavor and better nutritional profile)1 tsp salt1/3 cup oil (can use any oil - even olive!)1 cup watersalt for sprinkling (try garlic salt or onion salt for an extra hit of flavor)
Directions
Mix everything until just blended and then roll out on a lightly floured surface. Make as thin as possible for best result - about 1/8 inch. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and mark squares with a knife without cutting through. Prick each cracker with a fork several times and sprinkle with salt. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown throughout - time greatly depends on how thin your crackers are. I find if the edges brown before the rest that you can quickly take them off and cook the rest of the batch without running the risk of burning. When cool, break into individual crackers.
