Mel's Mediterranean Grouper

Ingredients
2 fillets GrouperSeafood seasoning1 tbsp olive oil1/2 c tomatoes, chopped3 tbsp capers, drained1/4 c bread crumbs1 lemon1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
Cut fillets in half and place in glass baking dish. Sprinkle each cut with seafood seasoning. Drizzle with olive oil. Top fillets with tomatoes, capers, and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until opaque. Add freshly sqeezed lemon and feta cheese to fillets and broil for 5-7 minutes, until bread crumbs are slightly browned.
