Granola

Ingredients
1 1/2 c rice flakes1/2 c buckwheat flakes3/4 c sweetened medium coconut1 c slivered almonds3/4 c sunflower seeds1/4 flax seeds1/4 c sesame seeds3/4 c pumpkin seeds1/3 c fireweed honey1/3 c sunflower oil1 tsp gluten free vanilla
Directions
Preheat over to 300 degrees F
Bring to boil honey, oil and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Put mix in 13x9 and pour cooled honey and oil mixture over it.
Stir to coat mix.
Bake for 30 minutes
Dried cranberries, raisins or other fruits can be added. Change NI as needed.
