Steel Cut Oats in Crockpot

Ingredients
1 C. Steel Cut Oats2 C. Water3 C. Skim Milk2 tsp. Brown Sugar Splenda1 Cinnamon Stick1/4 C. Raisins
Directions
Put all ingredients into crockpot (I use a smaller crockpot, about 3 quarts) at night and set on low. Makes 7 servings.
You may want additional milk when eating.
I think this would be cooked in 5 hrs. or less.
Delicious with 1 Tbsp. chopped Pecans on top and 1/2 C. Light Vanilla Soy Milk
