Salmon patties with fresh dill

Ingredients
6 oz or 1 can skinless, boneless salmon, drained1/2 cup chopped onion8 club crackers, crushed fine1 egg1 oz. lemon juice3 sprigs of fresh dill, chopped fine1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Mix ingredients together, Form into 4 3 inch patties. Brown in skillet with small amount of crisco shortening. Cook until golden brown on each side. Makes 4 servings
