Salmon fillet, ginger root, soy sauce, honey, pepper, green onions (chives)
Preheat oven to 350. Lay fillet in a baking dish. Using a ginger grater or microplane, grate enough ginger to cover the entire fillet with ginger pulp. Soak pulp with soy sauce. Drizzle honey, sprinkle pepper, and scatter chopped chives. Cook until done, about twenty minutes. Enjoy!
