Blueberry Smoothie

Directions
I couldn't quite find a fruit smoothie that was perfect for me until I used a few different recipes to put my own together. This can be done with any frozen fruit, but I prefer blueberries. I choose skim milk over orange juice because I don't like the taste of the juice in the smoothie. Your mileage may vary. Ingredients:1/2 Cup Skim Milk1/2 Cup Yoplait Fat Free Very Vanilla Yogurt1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries (Unsweetened)1 teaspoon artificial sweetener (I prefer Splenda, or for a different flavor, try the Splenda French Vanilla Coffee Blends)1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Place all ingredients into a blender, either the single serving size or a full size one. I prefer the power of a full-size blender here.
Mix for about 10-20 seconds, depending on how chunky and/or frothy you like your smoothie. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

I really liked this smoothie. I tried one with bananas in it but I just do not like bananas. My kids really liked it also. I accidentally remade the recipe trying to change the ingredients for my tracker to add the Greek yogurt. Sorry did not mean to do that. Thanks for the recipe. - 4/21/12

Drank this after my workout.
I didn't have frozen berries so I put fresh ones;
1% milk instead of skim (question of taste);
Plain yogurt instead of no-fat;
Added 3 tbsp of flaxseeds for extra fiber.
Added 3 ice cubes (to replace frozen berries).
