10 oz browned ground beef rinsed off well6 oz boiled beef roast20 oz mixed veggies46 oz water46 oz no salt added tomato juice1/2 cup cornshredded potatosonion powder to tastegarlic powder to tastecumin to tasterosemary to tastered pepper to tasteblack pepper to taste all above optional
Directions
2 cup servings
boil beef, brown ground beef, then just throw it all in a big pot and cook until you like it. Very low sodium and fat. this was a very good meal for a cold indiana winter
