Swiss Chicken Casserole (Crock/Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts6 slices deli style swiss cheese1 can cream of mushroom soup1/4 cup skim milk2 cup dry stuffing mix1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
Spray crock pot/ slow cooker with cooking spray. Add chicken breats. Top chicken with cheese slices. Mix soup and milk in a bowl and pour over cheese. Sprinkle stuffing on top. Drizzle butter over that.

Cook on low 8 hours or high 4-6 hours.

    I had been wanting to make this for quite a while...finally got to it last night. It was very good...nice comfort food. An easy meal in the crockpot, even the kids liked it :) I would use the non-stick spray before cooking (as instructed) as mine did stick to the sides. Thanks for the recipe! - 3/23/09

    This sounds very interesting, and I may try making it. I think the nutritional stats could be greatly improved though, by substituting low fat swiss cheese, low fat cream of mushroom soup, and maybe a bit less melted butter. Thanks for sharing. :) - 3/8/09
