Amy's Famous Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of Reduced Fat Peanut Butter4 Cups Skim Milk1 Medium Banana, preferably a few days old1 Cup of Old Fashioned Oatmeal (NOT instant!)1/2 Cup RaisinsPacket or Teaspoon of Splenda, if desired (husband likes it, I leave it out for me)Handful of Ice Cubes
Directions
Put all ingredients except for raisins and ice into blender. Blend until smooth, then add raisins, then ice cubes one at a time. Blend another minute or two until smooth. Add more milk if it looks too thick.

Makes 4 tall glasses, I make this for my husband and I after a good workout or sometimes for Breakfast if we don't have time to sit and eat.
