Ingredients
4 sheets nori1 cup brown rice1 tbsp rice vinegar2 tsp sugar1 tsp sesame oil4 strips pickled radish4 strips tamago1 can tunababy carrots, juliennedsteamed spinach
Directions
Prepare brown rice. Mix with rice vinegar, sugar and sesame oil to prepare the sushi rice.

On a bamboo mat, spread out 1/4 of the sushi rice on top of a sheet of nori. Lay one strip of pickled radish, 1 strip of tamago, and some baby carrots, steamed spinach, and canned tuna on top. Roll tightly. Repeat with the other 3 sheets of nori.
