No Bake Peanut Butter and Honey Energy Snacks

Ingredients
1 cup honey1 cup peanut butter1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk1 1/4 cup Wheaties, crushed
Directions
Cream together honey and peanut butter. Add milk and Wheaties. Mix until well blended. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Store in refrigerator.

    I will try this using either Agave Nectar or Yacon Syrup instead of honey & almond butter instead of peanut. I'll choose the highest fibre cereal I can find, too. I'm sure it'll be delicious, but lower on the Glycemic Index & maybe a bit lower in fat. - 8/7/10
