1lb brocoli1lb Green beans1 red pepper into strips4 tbsp hoisen sauce4 tbsp maple syrup2 tbsp sesame oil2 6oz cooked chicken breast2 tbsp sesame seeds
Pre heat oven to 400
put veggiesand chicken into roasting pan
mix hoisen sauce,maple syrup and sesame oil and pour over veggies in pan
put in oven for 10 min
take out mix and add sesame seeds and put back in oven for 5 min
