Turkey Tortilla Bake

Ingredients
8 corn tortillas1 lb lean ground turkey2 cups salsa4 oz fat free cream cheese1/4 cup nonfat evaporated milk (or use chicken stock)1 cup low fat cheddar cheeseBlack Olives (optional)chili powder (optional, if you want more spice)
Directions
Heat over to 350Line pan with 4 tortillas cut up in quarters. Meanwhile brown ground turkey. Add 1 cup salsa, cream cream, and evaporated milk (or chicken stock). Pour on top of corn torillas. Top with remaining corn tortillas cut in quarters. Pour remaining salsa over and top with cheese and black olives(optional). Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
