Ingredients
4 oz. softened fat free cream cheese1 - 10 oz can white chicken in water1-1/2 tablespoons softened unsalted butter1/4 cup hot sauce1 garlic clove finely minced
Directions
Place everything into a bowl and mash together with a fork. Cover and chill for a few hours for flavors to meld.

    Was okay. Used "Buffalo Red Hot" sauce. Will probably try it with a different hot sauce next time. Wanted it spicier, just my preference. - 1/14/11

    This is totally yummy and so easy to make. I used it as a dip for pork rinds at a party and everyone loved it. I drained the water from the chicken tho and only used 1 tblsp. butter and no garlic. The water to me would have made it to runny. - 5/8/10
