8 oz macaroni noodles1 cup diced onion2 cans Tuna in water1 1/2 cups Mayo.8 hard boiled eggs chopped. ( leave two or three for slicing for garnish)1 tablespoon salt1 tablespoon paprikapepper to taste.
Boil noodles until tender. drain, and rinse in cold water. make sure to get as much water off as you can. put noodles in large bowl. add everything else and mix well. keep an egg or two. slice and place on top of finished salad. sprinkle top with parsley or paprika or both. chill for at least 8 hours. is best to chill over night. serve and enjoy!
