Peanut Butter Cup Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of Whole Wheat Flour1 cup Baking mix (Like Bisquick)1 cup skim milk3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce3/4 cup Jif Reduced Fat Peanut Butter2 eggs1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips1 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanilla extract1/3 cup splenda brown sugar1/3 cup splenda
Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix flour, baking mix and baking powder in a large bowl.Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds, stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 20 2 tablespoon muffins.
